Cultivating Knowledge Workers: A New Initiative at Okayama University
On May 19, 2026, Okayama University held a hybrid kickoff meeting at its Tsushima Campus's Co-Creation Innovation Lab, KIBINOVE, to launch a significant project aimed at developing skilled research management personnel. This initiative is part of a broader enhancement scheme approved by Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) to support research development management.
The meeting gathered key stakeholders to re-examine the mission of this project and align participants' understanding of its goals.
