Suitsup: Free Trial for Small Business Owners to Enhance Team Project Management

Suitsup: Revolutionizing Task Management for Small Businesses

Suits Inc., located in the heart of Chiyoda, Tokyo, is excited to announce a unique opportunity for small business owners with 20 to 50 years of history. From October 9 to October 17, 2025, we are offering a free trial of our innovative project and task management tool, Suitsup, exclusively for small business leaders. This initiative allows selected companies to experience our platform's full capabilities at no cost.

What is Suitsup?

Launched in beta in April 2024, Suitsup is designed to simplify team task management, making it both easy and sustainable for everyday use. With functionalities reminiscent of spreadsheet applications, Suitsup enhances the visibility of team operations, effectively reducing task omissions and deadline delays. By facilitating seamless task handling, businesses can optimize their operations, leading to significant cost savings.

The beta version includes advanced features that are unavailable in traditional spreadsheet software, such as task templates, deadline notifications, and repetitive task management options, supporting teams in their daily project management endeavors.

Free Trial for Selected Businesses

We are seeking three small businesses to undertake our free monitoring program. To qualify, business leaders must utilize Suitsup for their project management responsibilities. Participants will provide valuable insights via email or chat, allowing us to gather feedback on usability and desired features. Additionally, we will conduct online meetings every two months, lasting approximately 30 minutes, for further feedback collection.

As a gesture of gratitude, businesses that engage in this trial will receive free usage of Suitsup until December 2025, regardless of the number of registered users in their workspace.

How to Apply

Interested businesses should email [email protected] with their company name and the contact person’s name. Our customer success team will follow up with further details.

Looking Ahead: Future Developments of Suitsup

Suitsup has witnessed steady growth and development since its alpha release in September 2023 and aims for a formal launch in fall 2025. The input gathered from our free trial participants will play a crucial role in refining our product, aligning it further with our core philosophy of making team task management both straightforward and sustainable.
