2nd Numazu Art Exhibition: A Journey into Art and Community
On November 22, 2025, the heart of Numazu will beat with creativity and community spirit as
ISFNet Joy, a prominent support organization for individuals with disabilities in Japan, co-hosts the
2nd Numazu Art Exhibition in partnership with
Phantoms Crypto World (PCW), a notable NFT art group. This collaborative event will showcase art created by users of ISFNet Joy alongside talented creators from PCW, offering visitors a unique experience combining artistic expression and engagement in the evolving world of digital art.
Event Overview
Held at the
Carnival Place Numazu Building, located on the 6th floor of Shizuoka Prefecture, this exhibition will be open from
10 AM to 5 PM. Visitors can enjoy
free admission without the need for prior registration. The venue, just a ten-minute walk from
Numazu Station, promises an accessible and inviting atmosphere for everyone interested in art.
The exhibition will feature not just static displays of art but will also include interactive workshops designed to engage participants of all ages:
- - Christmas Card Making Workshop
- - 3D Ornament Creation Workshop
- - AR Experience
- - Metaverse Experience Event
These workshops aim to spark creativity and promote community involvement, encouraging attendees to explore their artistic sides while learning about sustainable practices in art.
Environmental Initiative
In a fascinating twist, the exhibition will also highlight the importance of environmental consciousness. Art created from plastic waste collected during a community cleanup at
Senbonhama Beach on September 27th will be available for sale. Users from ISFNet Joy have worked diligently to create keychains and other eco-friendly art items, reinforcing the message that art can play a role in environmental stewardship.
Partnership and Community Support
Since August 2023, ISFNet Joy and PCW have fostered a collaborative relationship through a business contract aimed at enhancing support for individuals with disabilities. This partnership has already seen a successful NFT exhibition in
Tokushima in December of the same year, which set the groundwork for initiatives in Numazu. With PCW's focus on innovative art forms, ISFNet Joy has involved its facilities in pivotal roles, like creating introduction cards for framed artworks and facilitating displays in the metaverse, allowing users to gain valuable experience in art and technology.
Support and Acknowledgments
This exhibition will be supported by the
Numazu City Board of Education, reflecting an inclusive commitment to fostering artistic expression in the community. The partnerships highlight a collective effort to broaden opportunities for individuals with disabilities while engaging the public in art and sustainability.
