This event, titled "OUR genius", focuses on enhancing psychological safety within organizations, thereby fostering higher engagement and creativity.

Are you noticing issues such as:

• - Poor inter-departmental collaboration?

If so, you are not alone. Many organizations face hurdles where contributions are stifled and creativity is hindered, often without clear communication regarding discomfort or uncertainty. We believe that the roots of stagnation often lie in the pervasive atmosphere that discourages open dialogue. This is where psychological safety steps in as a vital ingredient for cultivating excellent organizational relationships.

Our experts, who specialize in psychological safety drawn from extensive experience in the field of disability support, utilize art-based methods to address these organizational challenges effectively. Through activities involving color, shape, physical expression, and even theater, participants will uncover unexpressed thoughts and feelings that may have previously been bottled up.

The OUR genius program has been designed based on over five years of experience assisting individuals in expressing their unvoiced sentiments in the disability support sector. Participants will engage in hands-on workshops that can significantly increase assertiveness and transform leadership styles into more authentic expressions. We highly encourage leaders, managers, and HR personnel grappling with the issues mentioned above to partake in this invaluable experience.
