LIFULL Investment Partners with WALLMATE for Real Estate Crowdfunding Initiatives

LIFULL Investment and WALLMATE Collaboration



LIFULL Investment, a group company focused on solving social issues through business practices, has officially signed a contract with WALLMATE Real Estate for collaborative real estate projects. Effective from January 15, 2026, this innovative partnership aims to utilize LIFULL's online investment platform, known as "LIFULL Real Estate Crowdfunding," to introduce a unique investment opportunity in WALLMATE's special joint real estate projects.

The Essence of Collaboration



Under this agreement, LIFULL Investment will commence handling anonymous partnership type real estate funds that WALLMATE Real Estate will establish and manage. This strategy not only broadens investment avenues for interested parties but also strengthens the shared commitment to addressing societal challenges through real estate investments.

Back in June 2024, LIFULL Investment received permissions for two real estate specific joint enterprises, thus enabling the offering, reservations, and contractual agreements of real estate investment opportunities through its platform. To date, three funds have been organized via Ko-Shin Home Co., Ltd., with one fund being repaid and two funds currently in operation.

WALLMATE Real Estate's Growth



Similarly, WALLMATE Real Estate, which obtained its joint enterprise license in January 2025, successfully launched its first fund, "TRINITY FUND 1," by May of that year. Following this, they have actively attracted investors and launched up to the fifth fund, securing nearly 300 investors thus far. This growth underlines WALLMATE Real Estate's steadfast commitment to providing fruitful investment opportunities within urban areas.

As part of their collaboration, the two companies have agreed that any fundraising efforts for WALLMATE's TRINITY FUND will be conducted through LIFULL's crowdfunding platform. This strategy allows a broader range of investors to engage in smaller investments in the TRINITY FUND, enhancing inclusivity within the crowded investment landscape.
