St. Thomas University (STU) is set to host its esteemed 5th Annual Fashion, Food and Wine Showcase on March 26, 2026, from 6 PM to 10 PM at the university's Gus Machado College of Business in Miami Gardens, Florida. This remarkable event celebrates the fusion of fashion, culinary arts, and hospitality, showcasing the talents and creativity of STU students.

A Night of Innovation and Experience


The showcase not only highlights the innovative spirit of the students but also emphasizes experiential learning. Attendees can look forward to a captivating evening filled with student-designed high fashion, culinary delights from renowned chefs, and exclusive dining experiences. General tickets are priced at $75, with all proceeds going towards enhancing experiential learning opportunities for students within the Gus Machado College of Business.

The event boasts a stellar lineup of both fashion designers and culinary geniuses. Renowned fashion designers such as Shantall Lacayo, winner of Project Runway season 19, and Ashley Stambouli, a high-end womenswear designer, will showcase their remarkable collections. Other participating fashion brands include House of Suits and Bululu Resort Wear, as well as impressive student work.

On the culinary side, guests will indulge in gourmet creations from a range of celebrated chefs. Chef Dewey LoSasso, formerly of The Forge in Miami Beach, Chef Matari Bodie from Lorna's Caribbean American Grille, and Chef Kenny Tang, who has catered for former Presidents Clinton and Bush, are among the culinary heavyweights contributing their talents for the evening. Additional culinary participants include respected names like Jackson Bros., Texas Roadhouse, Paella y Ole, and many more.
