The renowned Italian dining venue, SPICA, located on the third floor of Omotesando Hills, is set to showcase its culinary delights at the 2026 Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Italian Exhibition, starting from April 22. This event marks SPICA’s first appearance at the prestigious venue, where it will present a selection of exclusive dishes crafted by its acclaimed chef, George Yoshida, who has gained immense popularity on platforms like YouTube and various social media.

Exclusive Italian Menu


During the Italian Exhibition, SPICA will offer a limited-time menu that highlights the rich flavors of Italian cuisine. One standout dish is the Shrimp Bisque Risotto, which is a signature item showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors, combining the savory essence of shellfish broth with the sweetness of shrimp and parmesan. This unique dish will be available for just ¥2,420 during the exhibition from April 22 to May 6, with only 40 servings offered each day.

For a truly luxurious experience, guests can indulge in the Truffle Carbonara, specially developed for this event, at ¥2,420 on April 22 only. This innovative take on carbonara features risone pasta shaped like rice, enriched with veal and chicken broth, and garnished with finely chopped truffles and two types of Italian cheese. Diners will complete this exquisite dish by mixing in creamy egg yolk themselves, providing a unique and interactive culinary experience.

Guests can also savor an Italian Exhibition Limited Course Menu priced at ¥7,700, available from April 22 to May 6. This course includes:
  • - Appetizer: Bruschetta with Prosciutto and Ricotta Whip
  • - Appetizer: Today's Fresh Fish Carpaccio with Rice Salad and Karasumi
  • - Main Course: Shrimp and Lobster Bisque Risotto (or Zozzona Mezzirigatoni)
  • - Dessert: Melting Tiramisu

An upgraded Limited Course Menu will also be available for ¥8,800 solely on April 22, featuring:
  • - Appetizer: Bruschetta with Prosciutto and Ricotta Whip
  • - Appetizer: Today's Fresh Fish Carpaccio with Rice Salad and Karasumi
  • - Main Course: Risone Truffle Carbonara
  • - Dessert: Melting Tiramisu

Special Guest Appearances


Chef George Yoshida will be present for special meet-and-greet sessions on April 25 and 26, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Additionally, Head Chef Katsuaki Miyazawa will be available from April 22 to April 27 to greet guests.
