Start Hub SAKAI 2026 Kickoff Event

The much-anticipated kickoff event for AlphaDrive’s entrepreneur support project, Start Hub SAKAI, is set to take place on July 31, 2026. This event will be hosted at the Sakai City Hall from 2:00 PM to 4:45 PM, followed by an informal meetup from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. As a pivotal initiative defined in the city’s plan to establish Sakai as an entrepreneurial hub, the event aims to foster a vibrant business community where both local and external challengers can converge.

Background of Start Hub SAKAI

Launched by Sakai City, the Start Hub SAKAI project aspires to invigorate the local economy by creating opportunities for entrepreneurs. In its inaugural year (2025), the project successfully developed a community from scratch, engaging more than 100 participants across five events. Now, in its second year, the theme has been set as “Revolutionizing Communication @ SAKAI”.

Featured Speaker

The event will feature a keynote address from the innovative creative director, Mr. Chanson, who has gained national recognition for his CM Project. This initiative aimed at addressing local challenges through engaging commercials has attracted over 2,000 participants across seven prefectures, accumulating a staggering 100 million views on YouTube. During the learning sessions, Mr. Chanson will focus on empowering entrepreneurs by enhancing their communication skills and video production techniques.

Learning Opportunities

Participants will have the chance to create their own commercials, gaining practical experience while mastering how to convey their business ideas effectively. This year promises to be an exciting opportunity to nurture the skills necessary for budding entrepreneurs.
