The team’s project, titled Properio AI, centers around oral health. It aims to help users monitor their brushing habits and prevent periodontal disease, which affects about half of people in their 50s in Japan. Utilizing advanced deep learning algorithms, Properio AI identifies areas where brushing is insufficient and provides insights to improve users' oral hygiene practices.
