As the port town of Aomori prepares to celebrate its 400th anniversary of operation, Geofla, Inc. is thrilled to announce an exciting event: the KURAMARU Walk Rally. Scheduled from October 10 to 13, 2025, this engaging rally aims to connect locals and visitors through a digital stamp-collecting adventure, set against the scenic backdrop of Aomori.

Geofla, with its mission to utilize technology and entertainment to inspire people and illuminate the future of communities, collaborates with the Aomori Regional Resource Utilization Promotion Committee to bring this event to life. Participants can enjoy a unique experience while exploring the beautiful locales of Aomori, gathered in various public spaces near the Aomori Port New Central Pier and extending to Yanagimachi Street and the Aomori City Office.

What to Expect: A Walk Rally with Fun Prizes

During the rally, participants will visit designated spots to collect digital stamps via the Plally app. Completing the challenge unlocks fantastic local prizes, including one-of-a-kind acrylic keychains that showcase Aomori’s delightful foods and the exclusive keychain of GMU, Aomori's tourism ambassador idol. Not only will attendees get to discover the charming experiences Aomori offers, but they will also be rewarded for their adventures through unique souvenirs.

How to Participate

To take part in this exciting event, simply follow these steps:
1. Download the Plally app from here.
2. Visit the designated checkpoints within Aomori city and check in by entering the keyword shown on posters at each location. The five checkpoints include:
- Aomori International Cruise Terminal
- Nebuta 976
- Aomori City Office
- Honcho Park
- NTT Data WIZ Aomori Wanon
3. Complete your check-ins at all five spots to receive a Plapon ticket, which you can take to the Plapon machine (capsule toy vendor) to exchange for your exciting rewards! Note that registration for a free Plally membership is required to redeem your prizes.

The Aomori Port Living Marche, connected to KURAMARU, showcases the vibrant culture of Aomori.
