Thesis Gold Expands Leadership Team with Key Appointments for Future Growth

Thesis Gold Enhances Management Team

In a significant move aimed at bolstering its leadership and project management capabilities, Thesis Gold Inc. has announced the strategic appointments of Stephen Crozier as Executive Vice President of External Affairs and Sustainability, and Christina Anstey as Director of Project Management.

New Leadership Roles

Effective October 14, 2025, Mr. Crozier will be at the helm of the company's Indigenous, community, and government relations while spearheading the permitting processes for the Lawyers-Ranch gold-silver project. With a robust background spanning 18 years in the mining industry, Crozier has garnered critical experience focusing on government and Indigenous relations, as well as permitting and approvals across various projects.

His previous tenure included key roles where he successfully advanced IAMGOLD's Côté Gold Project through regulatory permitting at both federal and provincial levels. Most recently, he played an essential part in the permitting of Wyloo’s Eagles Nest Project in Ontario, establishing himself as a formidable force in mining sector engagements. Crozier's academic achievements include a Juris Doctor and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Toronto, equipping him well for his new role.

On the other hand, Christina Anstey joined the Thesis team in August 2025 and has quickly established herself as an invaluable asset. With over ten years of geological experience, particularly in advancing exploration projects within Canada, Anstey has worked with notable firms such as Pretium Resources and Brixton Metals. Her expertise has been critical in the planning and execution of the company's 2025 exploration program, contributing significantly to the overall progress of Thesis's projects.

A Vision for Growth

Dr. Ewan Webster, President and CEO of Thesis, expressed enthusiasm regarding the new appointments, highlighting the importance of Crozier’s and Anstey’s vast expertise in navigating project advancement, community engagement, and exploration management. "We are thrilled to welcome Steve and Christina to the Thesis team at such a pivotal stage in our company's growth. Their proven expertise will play a vital role as we move towards the Environmental Assessment process and the upcoming release of our Pre-Feasibility Study later this year," he stated. This proactive approach aims to mitigate risks associated with the Lawyers-Ranch Project while positioning Thesis as one of North America's leading gold developers.

In conjunction with these leadership changes, Thesis Gold Inc. has also granted 250,000 stock options to an employee under its Omnibus Long-Term Incentive Plan. Each Option enables the holder to purchase a common share at an exercise price of $1.98, valid for five years from the Grant Date. Half of the stock options will vest after one year, with the remaining options vesting on the second anniversary.
