In a significant advancement for energy-efficient cooling in data centers, Valeo has officially started commercial production of its innovative Heat Reuse Units (HRUs) integrated with ZutaCore's cutting-edge HyperCool waterless direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology. This notable collaboration marks a turning point in the quest for greener, more sustainable solutions in AI factories, aimed at meeting the growing demand for high-density server cooling while minimizing environmental impact.

The newly developed HRUs deliver a robust cooling power of 60kW within a compact three rack unit (3RU) size, enabling efficient operation without the traditional water requirements. With the increasing emphasis on sustainable practices and reduced carbon footprints, this zero-emission technology is set to redefine the standards in data center operations. ZutaCore’s CEO, Erez Freibach, highlighted the revolutionary nature of their system, which has the capability to increase processing density by up to 300%. These attributes are crucial as AI technologies demand higher power and cooling efficiencies to maintain performance stability.
