Join the Age-Well Conference 2025: Redefining Aging Together

The Age-Well Conference 2025

AgeWell Japan, a company based in Shibuya, Tokyo, is proud to announce that registration has officially opened for the Age-Well Conference 2025, scheduled to take place on September 16, 2025, at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu. The conference will delve into the theme of 'Redefining Aging,' aiming to explore the design of one's later life in an era when people are expected to live for a hundred years.

Overview of the Age-Well Conference

The Age-Well Conference aims to grasp the realities of a super-aged society and create new values for the future. Participants from various backgrounds, including entrepreneurs, investors, government officials, students, and more, will gather to share insights and practices from their respective fields, collaboratively envisioning the society of tomorrow. The theme for this year is 'Redefining Aging.'

In 2025, the baby boomer generation will be turning 75, marking Japan's entry into an unprecedentedly aged society. This raises the question: are the stereotypes that equate aging with decline and seniors with dependency appropriate for our current society? The Age-Well Conference proposes a perspective that envisions aging as a phase of creating meaning in life, encouraging a positive outlook.

At the heart of the concept of 'Age-Well' lies the idea of growing older positively through challenge and discovery, respecting diverse lifestyles and aiming for a society that honors these differences. Attendees will have the opportunity to update their views on aging and collaboratively shape the future.
