L'Oréal Paris Celebrates 21 Years of Social Impact with 2026 Women of Worth Honorees

L'Oréal Paris Celebrates 21 Years of Impact

In a proud moment for L'Oréal Paris, the brand has officially announced the 2026 honorees of its flagship philanthropic initiative, Women of Worth. This year marks the program's 21st anniversary, highlighting a legacy of championing women who have dedicated their lives to making a profound impact on their communities. The initiative continues its mission to empower by awarding $250,000 in grants to ten visionary female founders of nonprofit organizations making significant strides across the United States.

Each honoree will receive a grant of $25,000, in addition to strategic mentorship and national visibility on the L'Oréal Paris platforms. This year’s celebrated women are emblematic of the program's essence, having transformed personal adversities into powerful catalysts for positive change. Their inspiring projects provide essential resources to underserved populations, encompassing a diverse range of social issues.

For over five decades, L'Oréal Paris has held steadfastly to a defining truth: that when a woman believes in her worth, there is nothing she cannot achieve. The Women of Worth program has seen this belief come to life as 210 exceptional women have been recognized for their contributions in critical areas such as mental health, education, environmental justice, and disability inclusion. Each honoree serves as a testament to the transformative power of recognizing one’s intrinsic value and the ability to change the world around them.

The honorees of the 2026 Women of Worth program embody this spirit, pioneering innovative solutions in various fields, including fertility preservation for cancer survivors, combatting human trafficking and gender-based violence, advancing inclusive education in STEM, and advocating for workplace equity.

Laura Branik, President of L'Oréal Paris USA, expressed her pride stating, “Women of Worth is the heart of our brand. It is the ultimate expression of our belief that when a woman knows her worth, she can change everything. We are immensely proud to support these incredible nonprofit leaders by providing them with the platform and resources they need to amplify their vision and deepen their impact.”

This year also sees actress, producer, and activist Kristen Bell debuting as L'Oréal Paris's new global ambassador while enhancing the visibility of this year's honorees nationwide. Kristen shared her admiration, saying, “I am deeply honored to be part of this year’s Women of Worth celebration. What I love about L'Oréal Paris is that they not only tell women they are worth it, but they give them the tools to prove it to themselves. And these honorees? They’ve taken a spark of something that mattered to them and turned it into real force—one that doesn’t just stay with them; it spreads. It reaches the next person and the next. That’s what it truly looks like to own your own worth—not something you keep to yourself but something you pass on to future generations. That’s inspiring.”
