CAVA: A Sparkling Wine Tradition
CAVA, known for its rich heritage and meticulous production methods, is celebrated for its ability to complement a wide range of culinary styles – from Japanese and French to Italian and Chinese. The sparkling wine undergoes a traditional bottle fermentation process that gives it its distinctive complexity. With an exacting commitment to origin, terroir, and sustainability, CAVA promises to enhance any dining experience.
This year's CAVA DISCOVERY WEEK will provide an opportunity for guests to explore how CAVA can harmoniously elevate flavors, transcending cultural and culinary boundaries. Each chef involved will craft a unique dish that complements the sparkling wine, making this a must-attend event for food enthusiasts and wine connoisseurs alike.
