At the recent Texas REALTORS® Winter Meeting held on February 21, 2025, Cindi Bulla was honored as the Texas REALTOR® of the Year for 2024. Bulla, a prominent member of the Amarillo REALTORS® Association, has made significant contributions to the real estate sector since she began her career in 1996. Her dedication to the profession and her community have set her apart, resulting in a well-deserved recognition.
In her role as the Texas REALTOR® of the Year, Bulla stands out for her tireless efforts to promote initiatives that create a lasting positive impact within the Texas real estate landscape. Christy Gessler, the President of Texas REALTORS®, expressed pride in presenting the award to Bulla, emphasizing her extraordinary levels of service and commitment.
Bulla’s journey into real estate began shortly after she transitioned from the mortgage industry, where she gained invaluable insights. Her career took off as she led numerous projects along the I-20 and managed significant large-scale developments. After some substantial experiences, Bulla founded her own real estate company, Realty Central Services, in 2006, alongside TYD Mortgage Services.
Beyond her business achievements, Bulla has held important leadership roles within the real estate community. Notably, she served as the General Manager for Texas REALTORS® in 2020 and has been deeply involved with the Amarillo REALTORS® Association, engaging in various committee activities, including Government Affairs, MLS (Multiple Listing Services), and Strategic Planning.
Her impressive track record earned her multiple accolades, highlighting her influence and leadership in the industry. Cindi was named the Amarillo REALTOR® of the Year in 2013, received the Women’s Leadership Award in 2014, and was inducted into the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Hall of Fame in 2015. Since then, she has continued to contribute as a member of the RPAC President’s Circle.
Bulla has voiced the transformative power of being a REALTOR® in her life. Engaging with the Amarillo community has not only allowed her to build lasting friendships, but it has also enabled her to guide numerous clients towards the milestone of homeownership. Her commitment extends to various local initiatives, serving on the Amarillo Planning and Zoning Commission and helping to shape the Design Standards for Amarillo’s Central Business District.
Alongside her professional endeavors, Cindi Bulla dedicates her time to voluntary commitments, boasting over 40 years of service with the Amarillo Little Theater. Currently, she also plays a noteworthy role as the General Manager for the Plainview Civic Center Board.
Family remains at the heart of Bulla’s life. Residing in Amarillo, she is a devoted wife to Chuck Bulla and a proud mother to Cristine White, Angi Williamson, and Jonathon Bulla. As a grandmother to five grandchildren, she embraces family time with joy and pride.
