Since its inception in 2019, the DOMINISTA CHALLENGE has aimed to nurture a sense of career awareness among middle and high school students across various dormitory locations and hotels. This enriching program invites students to step into the world of hospitality, where they will learn the importance of customer service, teamwork, and community engagement. In today’s world, where globalization and diverse cultural interactions are prevalent, this program serves as a platform for fostering multicultural coexistence.
