Speaker Profile: Nakamura Amane


Nakamura Amane is a prominent researcher at the RENGO Research Institute, focusing on themes such as the future of work, evolving labor-management relations, and the sophistication of labor markets.

With a career that began at Recruit in 1999 and a shift to the Recruit Works Institute in 2009, Amane has shared long-term perspectives on work through various initiatives like “2025,” “Work Model 2030,” and the “Multi-Relation Society.” He earned a Ph.D. in Business from Hitotsubashi University in 2016 through his research on recruitment systems. His contributions to the field have earned him significant accolades, including the Japan Labor Research Association's Encouragement Award in 2012 and the Program Innovator of the Year at the 2020 Zennoren Management Awards.

In October 2021, Nakamura joined RENGO Research Institute with a specialization in human resource management, holding both a Master’s degree in Mathematical Sciences and a Doctorate in Commerce.
