Unlocking UX Design Competence: New Workshop Launch for Professionals

Introducing the 'UX Design Navigation' Workshop

In today's fast-paced digital world, the demand for skilled UX designers is more prominent than ever. Spice Factory Inc., a leading digital transformation support company based in Minato, Tokyo, is proud to announce the upcoming launch of their 'UX Design Navigation' workshop, designed specifically for professionals eager to master user-centered design principles. Following a successful initial trial that achieved a perfect satisfaction score of 100%, this workshop aims to further equip attendees with practical skills essential in today’s tech landscape.

Why UX Design Matters

With the rapid rise of generative AI, there’s a newfound urgency to swiftly translate ideas into functioning systems or services. However, while AI can assist in many aspects, it doesn't autonomously capture user contexts or challenges. As the speed of development accelerates, clarity on user needs and effective prototyping become critical. This workshop is tailored to provide participants with the necessary abilities to enhance their projects by embracing a user-centric lens.

Workshop Highlights

The goal of the 'UX Design Navigation' workshop is threefold:
1. Experience the Entire Design Process: Participants will gain a holistic view of the design journey, allowing for quick immersion in the entire process.
2. Incorporate User Perspectives: By integrating human-centered design (HCD) into their frameworks, attendees can reduce rework and optimize costs effectively.
3. Foster Effective Communication: Equip yourself with a common language to facilitate smoother interactions with designers and other stakeholders.

Through this workshop, we aim to ensure every participant walks away with a concrete understanding of UX design and its application in real-world scenarios.

Past Success and Feedback

The inaugural sessions from January to March 2026 for individual business professionals involved in system development received overwhelmingly positive feedback:
  • - Satisfaction Rate: 100% of participants expressed satisfaction with the content and delivery.
  • - Understanding Rate: All participants reported that they understood the content thoroughly.
  • - Instructor Evaluation: 100% of responders rated the teaching quality as excellent.

This positive reception was reflected in the Net Promoter Score (NPS), which rose from +36 in the first two sessions to +50 in the third, demonstrating a growing endorsement from past attendees. Enthusiastic comments such as “we want this training to be standard practice within our company” further affirm the workshop's relevance and necessity.

The 'UX Design Navigation' workshop is structured as a one-day training event, utilizing a hypothetical workshop management service as a case study. Participants will undergo the complete human-centered design cycle, from user interviews and clarity of requirements, to prototyping with Figma and usability testing.
