On October 15, 2025, Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery, renowned for being the home of the nation’s favorite cheese curds, celebrated National Cheese Curd Day by announcing a refreshed brand and packaging. This initiative not only reflects the company's commitment to its cooperative roots but also honors the 180 family dairy farms that form its backbone.

The new branding retains significant elements of the historical logo while introducing updates that respect its cooperative structure and Wisconsin heritage.
