Recently managed by Hibiya Kadan Inc. in partnership with the Yokosuka Area Management Project, Soleil Hill promises a delightful experience for the entire family or groups of friends. Beyond the mesmerizing dome of blue flowers, a colorful array of poppies and tulips will also greet you in various sections of the park, particularly in the West Flower Garden.
