The session will be led by Yutaro Fukuda, the founder and head of the VOiCE division at Zenken Corporation.

Biography:
Yutaro graduated from Waseda University and joined Zenken in 2015. He began his career as a web editor at the Tokyo headquarters before moving to the Okinawa office in 2017, where he contributed to the growth of operational systems, team management, and training frameworks. After returning to the Tokyo headquarters, he played a significant role in strategic proposals and new business development as part of the consulting sales team. He now serves as the head of the new business initiative, launching the 'VOiCE' platform which focuses on employee insights.
