Exploring the Fusion of Wine and Art at Vinitaly 2026 with Pasqua Wines

Pasqua Wines Engages Art and Wine Lovers at Vinitaly 2026

Pasqua Wines has officially partnered with the 2026 Verona Summer Theater festival, solidifying its commitment to the cultural heritage of its hometown, Verona. This partnership coincides with their participation in Vinitaly, one of the most prestigious wine and spirits exhibitions worldwide, taking place from April 12 to 15, 2026. The winery is renowned for its iconic award-winning wines and is set to showcase them through a series of innovative events that bridge the worlds of winemaking and art.

At the heart of Pasqua's initiative is an exciting program titled “Sips of Art: When Fine Wine Meets Art,” which will launch on April 10. The opening event features Resonance, an immersive installation created by artist Sara Ricciardi at the historical Palazzo Maffei Museum. Visitors will be able to experience a captivating blend of architecture, sensory perception, and storytelling as they sample carefully selected Pasqua wines, such as the 11 Minutes Rosé and Cecilia Beretta Valpolicella Superiore Mizzole.

Simultaneously, on the evening of April 10, Pasqua Wines will host “I Fiori,” a unique collaboration with esteemed Italian fashion designer Antonio Marras. This event will marry the realms of fashion and wine, presenting a curated showcase of Marras's iconic designs alongside tastings of the 11 Minutes Rosé and Cascina San Vincenzo Valpolicella Ripasso. Such events highlight Pasqua's vision for integrating various forms of artistic expression with the winemaking process.

On April 11 and 12, Pasqua will present the third edition of Book Tasting, an intimate series of discussions that intertwine literature and wine. This event will unfold at the Galleria d'Arte Moderna Achille Forti, inviting authors and wine experts to explore the cultural narratives that bind the two art forms together in a way that is engaging and accessible to audiences.

Adding to the experience, Pasqua Wines will also offer guided tours and tastings at the Scavi Scaligeri over the weekend, where visitors can delve into the newly restored site and enjoy an exhibition of photography from the Winter Games. Tastings of PassioneSentimento Rosso and Cecilia Beretta Soave Brognoligo will be led by knowledgeable members of the Pasqua team, further enriching the overall experience for attendees.

In addition to these activities, Pasqua Wines will conduct two masterclasses at Vinitaly:

1. Masterclass on April 13: A session hosted by Gambero Rosso at Pavilion 9, Stand C16, titled “Passiti a confronto Sangue d'Oro and the artisanal interpretations of a great wine of Pantelleria.” This masterclass, led by Giuseppe Carrus, will explore the Sangue d’Oro wine project created by actress Carole Bouquet, showcasing how traditional drying techniques are blended with contemporary winemaking.

2. Grand Tasting on April 14: Conducted in the Sala Argento at Palaexpo, this masterclass led by Ian D'Agata, Maddy Jimerson MS, and Andrea Gualdoni will illuminate the Sangue d'Oro wine within an international context. This session aims to provide trade attendees with an opportunity to benchmark the wine against a diverse range of other regional styles and categories.

For those interested in attending these captivating events or learning more about special tastings happening at various restaurants and venues throughout Verona during Vinitaly, the detailed schedule can be found on the official website, pasqua.it.

Pasqua Wines is not just a winery; it is a cultural ambassador for Verona, harmonizing winemaking expertise with a commitment to artistic collaboration and innovation as they enter their centenary year. The legacy of the Pasqua family, which has been actively involved in the wine industry since 1925, continues to thrive under President Umberto Pasqua and the younger generation, who are all passionately dedicated to preserving the artistry and heritage of winemaking.
