On January 10th, 2026, the Mynavi High School Dance Competition 2026 WEST vol.2 was held at Purple Hall in Osaka, where high school dance teams competed with passion and enthusiasm. This event serves as a preliminary round to determine the best high school dancers in Japan, culminating in a grand final scheduled for April 18, 2026.

The competition saw spirited performances across various categories, leading to the selection of two schools that will progress to the final event.

SMALL Category Winner: O sakafu Rittai Takatsuki Kitas High School / Master & Piece

The team expressed immense gratitude for their victory, stating, "We are thrilled to have received such an award. We hope to showcase an even more elevated performance at the iconic Ryogoku Kokugikan."

LARGE Category Winner: Shuin High School / TEAM Shuin

The winner of the Large division shared their joy, saying, "We are so pleased to receive this recognition after giving it our all. Facing stronger teams in the finals will be a challenge, but we are determined to continue improving our performance."
