The popular interactive reading play project, 'The Magic Story Shop,' returns with an exciting new installment. Following its initial success in May last year, this collaboration between Kogadō Studio and Inks to Enter has produced a new work titled 'From the Mirror World to You in This Reality' set to captivate audiences once more.

What is 'The Magic Story Shop'?

'"The Magic Story Shop" is a unique project where audience participation shapes the narrative. The distinctive feature of this reading play is that anyone can become a part of the story. Participants join as apprentices to the 'shopkeeper' and weave the story alongside their 'master.' The narrative evolves through votes held on official social media channels, gradually transforming into its final form based on the outcomes of voting conducted at the performance venue.

Summary of the Second Performance 'From the Mirror World to You in This Reality'

Boy 1, who struggles with social interactions, had only one friend during his childhood—a boy trapped in an old mirror, Boy 2. Years pass, and now a lonely Boy 1 reflects on the distant memories of playing with Boy 2. One day, Boy 1 visits a certain place and gazes into a large mirror only to realize that his reflection is missing. Suddenly, he is pulled into the 'Mirror World'—a realm reminiscent of the story '◯◯◯◯'—through the hands of a mysterious Young Man 3. In this surreal environment, he unexpectedly reunites with the grown-up Boy 2...
