Suits Up Launches 12th Local Support Campaign for SMEs in Miyagi

Suits Up 2026 Local Support Campaign: 12th Edition in Miyagi

In an effort to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and startups with fewer than 100 employees, Suits Inc. has announced the launch of the 12th installment of its 'Suits Up 2026 Local Support Campaign' targeted specifically at companies in Miyagi Prefecture. From March 24 to April 3, 2026, eligible businesses can benefit from a 20% discount on paid plans of the Suits Up project and task management cloud tool.

Overview of the Campaign

To participate in the campaign, companies must fill out an inquiry form available on the Suits Up website, including the phrase “Suits Up 2026 Local Support Campaign” in their message. After submitting the inquiry, businesses will receive the discount upon signing up for a paid plan before the campaign ends.

This initiative aims to alleviate the staggering costs associated with task management that small businesses often face. According to internal simulations, a company with just 30 employees can incur costs of approximately 1.19 million yen monthly just for task progress checks between managers and subordinates. By implementing Suits Up to make tasks more visible and manageable, these costs can be significantly reduced.

A Snapshot of Task Management Practices

Research conducted by Nulabo from October 6 to October 10, 2023, reveals that a large portion of SMEs still mainly rely on basic tools for task management. The study found that 31.2% use email and calendar features, while 30.6% rely on handwritten notes or notebooks. Only 11.7% of companies currently utilize dedicated task management tools. This shows a massive opportunity for improvement in task management practices, especially in a post-pandemic business environment that demands more efficiency.

Recognizing the need for improvement, Suits Inc. believes that introducing team task management is a fundamental step towards raising productivity levels within SMEs. The Suits Up 2026 Local Support Campaign exemplifies this commitment, and the company plans to continue offering similar discount campaigns to aid these enterprises in the future.
