JETRO Online Corporate Fair Winter 2026
Starting from January 26, 2026, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) will host the "JETRO Online Corporate Fair Winter 2026," a key event aimed at connecting international students and Japanese companies. This event, which runs until January 28, 2026, has become one of the largest job fairs in Japan specifically for foreign students and Japanese language learners abroad.
With participation from approximately 90 companies across 29 prefectures in Japan, the fair will provide extensive online opportunities for foreign talent seeking careers in Japan. Company presentations will be conducted in both Japanese and English, with the first two days featuring 80 companies presenting in Japanese, and the final day dedicated to 10 companies showcasing in English. This marks the conclusion of JETRO's online corporate fairs for the current fiscal year, emphasizing the importance of foreign talent to the Japanese economy. We encourage supporters of international students in domestic universities to introduce this event to potential candidates.
This year marks the sixth iteration of the JETRO Online Corporate Fair. Feedback from participating firms has been overwhelmingly positive, with many reporting successful encounters with skilled foreign professionals, exceeding their expectations in terms of applications received, and gaining valuable insights into the recruitment of international talent. The high demand for foreign workers was evident in the previous JETRO event, held in October 2025, which yielded numerous successful hiring outcomes. JETRO is committed to fostering the growth of both foreign talent and Japanese companies through such initiatives and supportive frameworks.
