From September 27 to October 26, 2025, the Shibuya Park Gallery in Tokyo will be transformed into a vibrant space filled with creativity, connection, and play as it hosts the Kids Meet 05 program entitled 'ba-ba-ba'. This initiative aims to cultivate an artistic environment that bridges creativity and community interaction.

Kids Meet 05 'ba-ba-ba' represents a unique opportunity allowing children and adults to engage in artistic activities freely. Whether you're an aspiring artist or someone looking to unwind, this space is designed for everyone, providing tools such as scissors, glue, colored pencils, and much more. There are no reservations required, so feel free to drop by, explore your creativity, and enjoy a fun-filled atmosphere.

Throughout the event period, various activities are scheduled to enrich the experience. These include workshops led by artists and storytelling sessions conducted in sign language by gallery supporters, thereby fostering an inclusive environment for all participants.

• - Operation Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• - Closed on: Mondays (open on October 13) and October 14
• - Eligibility: All children accompanied by their parents, as well as those young at heart!
• - Admission Fee: Free!

The Kids Meet initiative is driven by the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture in collaboration with the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo and the Shibuya Park Gallery, reinforcing their commitment to making art accessible to everyone.

Workshops & Events

The program includes special workshops such as:
1. 'Everyone Can Draw' Workshop with Amiigo Koike: A three-day art session designed to make the first step in expressing oneself a joyful experience. Each session will revolve around discovering fun in artistic expression.
- Day 1: 'Shibuya Walk Sketch' on September 28, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, focusing on sketching the vibrant streets of Shibuya.
- Day 2: 'Shibuya Scramble Session: How Cool!' on October 11, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, encouraging participants to express themselves through large-scale art.
- Day 3: 'Shibuya Kids Revolution' on October 19, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, where the gallery itself is transformed into a living piece of art.
2. Storytelling with Sign Language: Enjoy beautifully narrated picture book readings by sign language supporters on October 4 and October 25, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, engaging everyone, regardless of their background.
