The Struggles of Gamers with Shoulder Pain: A Comprehensive Study
Panasonic Corporation has recently conducted an extensive survey on the relationship between shoulder pain and gaming, reaching out to 4,388 people aged 18-59 across Japan. The findings reveal a staggering reality: a significant number of gamers suffer from shoulder discomfort, undermining their gaming experience. In Japan, the gaming population is approximately 54.75 million as per the 2024 CESA report. Even though gaming has become a popular leisure activity across generations, the physical burden it imparts has largely been overlooked.
