Growth in Exhibitor Numbers at KEY 2026
The Energy Transition Expo, known as KEY, organized by the Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), took place recently at the Rimini Expo Centre, wrapping up an incredibly successful edition that has raised expectations for future energy events. Last year, the show showcased over 1,000 exhibitors from 59 countries and reported a record attendance spike of 10%, with a notable 9% increase in foreign visitors.
During this remarkable event, exhibitors made the most of 125,000 square meters of exhibition space across 24 halls, presenting groundbreaking products, solutions, and technologies tailored for various aspects of the energy transition. The expo saw the participation of 530 hosted buyers and delegations backed by the Italian Trade Agency, affirming its gravitational pull in the global energy sector.
