- - Kevin McHale – VP of Field Operations
With over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Kevin has played a crucial role in unifying Gardiner’s operations teams since becoming the Director of Field Operations in 2022. His prior leadership at companies such as Lennox and Johnson Controls equipped him with the expertise necessary to take Gardiner's operational excellence to new heights.
- - Tyler Winfield – Director of Field Operations
A valued veteran with over 30 years at Gardiner, Tyler has developed deep knowledge of service operations. Formerly the Service Regional Field Team Leader, he has been essential to scaling Gardiner's service operations to become one of the largest commercial HVAC operations in the region.
- - Eric Sefchik – Director of Automation Operations
Eric joined Gardiner in 2021 and quickly climbed the ranks to Operations Manager. A West Point graduate and U.S. Army veteran, he has significantly impacted the rapidly growing automation team, guiding it through unprecedented growth after taking over as Director.
- - Justin Malave – Director of Parts
With a rich background in sales and operations management, Justin joined Gardiner in 2023. His 15 years of industry expertise and experience in procurement and vendor management will drive the success of Gardiner’s HVAC Parts and Supply business.
- - Nick Oriani – Director of Business Intelligence
As a revolutionary force in data management and analytics since joining as Business Intelligence Manager in 2021, Nick holds over 15 years of experience to inform Gardiner's data-driven strategies, enhancing overall company performance.
- - Val Journey – Fire Suppression Service Sales Manager
