Patients often encounter various challenges such as lengthy wait times, outdated directories, confusion over insurance coverage, and problematic manual referral processes. These obstacles lead to delays in receiving care, which can often prolong or worsen an individual's mental health struggles. On average, it takes around 11 years for individuals to seek help after the onset of symptoms.
