AESC Unveils New Global Board and Regional Council for 2026
The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) has announced a new lineup of global board directors and regional council officers for 2026, continuing the momentum of transformation initiated last year. This leadership transformation is crucial as AESC seeks to enhance its global representation and governance structure.
New Leadership Lineup
Under the guidance of the newly elected Global Board Chair,
Sophie Wigniolle, the board is focused on providing robust governance and increasing value for its members worldwide. Wigniolle, who previously served as AESC's Vice Chair, played an instrumental role in driving the organization's turnaround in 2025 alongside former Chair Julian Ha.
