From August 21 to August 28, four staff members will be dispatched to Kumamoto City and Misato Town, providing critical assistance to the affected areas.

Two officials will be sent to Kumamoto City, focusing on housing damage assessments and managing the issuance of disaster certificates. Their involvement will ensure that residents receive timely evaluations of their living conditions, which is essential for recovery.
In addition, two coordinators specializing in disaster certificates will be stationed in Misato Town. Their responsibilities will include offering advice on the preparation of plans for housing damage assessments, thus playing a pivotal role in facilitating the necessary support for the community.

Inoue, the director of the Community Affairs Department and one of the dispatched coordinators, expressed a heartfelt commitment to the recovery efforts.
