Dr. Witt, a seasoned executive with over 28 years of experience in leadership roles within publicly traded multinational corporations, currently serves as the Chief Environment, Quality, and Safety Officer at Northrop Grumman Corporation. His extensive background in managing large organizations and driving sustainable growth is expected to greatly benefit Operation Homefront as it advances its vital mission of supporting military families across the nation.

Retired Rear Adm. Alan Reyes, President and CEO of Operation Homefront, expressed enthusiasm about Witt’s addition to the board, stating, "We are honored to add a leader of Mike's caliber to our board.
