The 19th edition of the Sweets Koshien, a remarkable contest aimed at finding the best high school pastry chef in Japan, is set to kick off its recruitment for participating teams on April 8. This competition invites teams of three students, who are currently enrolled in high schools or specialized training colleges, to submit their original recipe for a birthday cake.
