Experience Work Opportunities with BYSN
The company Start Line, led by CEO Ken Nishimura and based in Mitaka, Tokyo, aims to create a society where everyone can live authentically by supporting employment for individuals with disabilities. In this spirit, they are excited to announce the opening of the BYSN (BY for “barista” and SN for “support network”) MINAMISETTSU ROASTERY as their tenth location in Osaka on February 2, 2026.
To commemorate this opening, a free tour will be organized for job seekers with disabilities and employment support staff. Participants will have the chance to explore the BYSN facility and engage in hands-on work experiences.
What is BYSN?
BYSN operates with a professional-grade roaster to produce high-quality coffee beans. These beans are then transformed into company-branded products, including original drip packs, enhancing visibility and satisfaction during events, exhibitions, and recruitment activities. Additionally, BYSN fosters community engagement and workplace satisfaction across various scenarios, significantly contributing to effective communication.
Moreover, individuals are supported to acquire coffee-related certifications, such as Coffee Meister, tailoring professional growth opportunities to suit individual needs.
