Women in HVACR Opens Nominations for 2026 Board of Directors
In an empowering move for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration sectors, Women in HVACR (WHVACR) has officially announced the opening of nominations for its 2026 board of directors. This nonprofit organization, which has dedicated itself to support and elevate women in the HVACR industry, is calling upon its members to either apply or nominate others for board positions through its official website until
October 31, 2025.
President Kristin Gallup emphasized the organization’s need for visionary leaders: "We are not just looking for board members; we want trailblazers. The next generation of Women in HVACR leaders is crucial for breaking barriers, sparking innovation, and reimagining what leadership entails in our industry. As WHVACR continues to expand its boundaries and membership, it seeks strong leaders who can significantly influence strategic planning and help further the organization’s mission through various avenues:
