Semper Fi & America's Fund Launch the 15th Annual Double Down for Veterans Match Campaign

On November 1, 2026, Semper Fi & America's Fund launched its 15th annual Double Down for Veterans Match Campaign, maintaining a strong commitment to support critically wounded, ill, and injured service members, veterans, and their families. Their goal is to raise $20 million this year, marking a continuation of their impactful journey that started in 2012.

This year’s campaign is in collaboration with The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation and PXG (Parsons Xtreme Golf). Since its inception, the campaign has generated an impressive $275 million for the Fund's mission, with $118 million of these funds originating from matching gifts provided by The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation alongside generous donations from thousands of supporters across the country.

According to Karen Guenther, Founder and CEO of Semper Fi & America's Fund, the needs of service members and their families constantly evolve. “For more than two decades, we have witnessed how the needs of our service members change over time, but they never simply disappear,” she stated.

From now until December 31, 2026, all donations made to the Fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $10 million, by both The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation and PXG. This extraordinary partnership underlines the collective commitment to support veterans and their families, ensuring they receive assistance when needed—whether that be immediately or years down the line.

In fiscal 2026 alone, the Fund provided support to 5,600 service members for the first time, representing the highest number of new recipients since its inception in 2004. This statistic reflects the ongoing necessity for resources and support within the military community. Notably, veterans who engage with the Fund for three or more years see a 70-80% reduction in challenges such as substance abuse, housing insecurity, suicidal ideation, and anxiety.

Since 2004, The Fund has successfully delivered nearly $600 million in grants, programs, and services to assist over 45,000 service members and veterans along with 100,000 family members. This track record underscores the importance of long-lasting support for those who have risked their lives for their country.

Bob Parsons, a U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam War veteran, expressed the importance of ensuring that veterans never feel alone. “The men and women who put everything on the line for our country deserve to know that we’ll be there when they need us most. That they’re never alone, never forgotten,” he emphasized.
