Linyi Trade City Launches an International Supply Center

In a significant step to boost global trade, Linyi Trade City, situated in Shandong Province in eastern China, formally inaugurated its International Supply Center on September 28, 2026. This state-of-the-art facility is strategically designed to simplify access for international buyers, allowing them to acquire a diverse range of products from a single location.

A Hub of Opportunity

The newly opened center houses 324 tenant companies, each closely associated with over ten upstream manufacturers. This extensive network ensures that foreign buyers have access to a variety of competitive local products, including construction materials, machinery, hardware, personal protective equipment, household items, and daily necessities—all showcased within a bilingual environment.

On launch day, over a hundred foreign buyers visited the center. A local sales team from a chemical trading company welcomed multiple groups of international clients, ensuring personalized service and support. In a bid to enhance the shopping experience, the International Supply Center has established a specialized team dedicated to foreign trade services.

Facilitating Global Trade

Unlike conventional wholesalers, this center stands out by actively promoting face-to-face interactions between local traders and international customers. Furthermore, the dedicated team provides assistance to local merchants in expanding their online orders through e-commerce platforms, offering guidance on customs declarations, maritime transport bookings, foreign customs clearance, and delivery to overseas warehouses.

In stores within the center, foreign language-speaking sellers readily assist international buyers, allowing the specialized foreign trade service team to handle the entirety of the sales processes. This innovative approach makes it easier for international clients to navigate their purchasing needs and logistical arrangements.

Comprehensive Support Services

As a regional hub for raw materials, Linyi Trade City aims to help local merchants sell over six million varieties of products globally. Previously, international buyers could spend up to six to seven days exploring the wholesale markets scattered throughout the city. Now, they can access all desired products conveniently within this new center.

The top floor accommodates experienced logistics operators with established export channels. These operators simplify the search for goods on behalf of foreign buyers and facilitate on-site selections for international importers.

Additionally, the center features an industrial park focused on cross-border e-commerce and an international logistics park, which together reduce cross-border transport costs by about 20%. This development fosters a competitive local foreign trade ecosystem encompassing product selection, presentation, transactions, logistics, and payment.
