This special occasion is made possible in collaboration with Campari Japan, a global leader in the spirits industry.

This initiative marks a significant departure from traditional events held within hotel premises, inviting guests to experience the unique essence of Hakone amidst the urban charm of Shibuya. Unique Cocktails Inspired by Hakone

At this exclusive gathering, participants will be treated to original cocktails available only for this event. Two talented bartenders will create unique drinks that celebrate the flavors of Hakone. These will include specialty cocktails utilizing craft gin LUO and a bottle cocktail that highlights the region's iconic ume (plum).

1. Craft Gin LUO
Developed by Tomoya Fujiwara, the owner of Unin, LUO is a craft gin inspired by the memories of forests. It offers a soothing aroma designed to help guests unwind and recalibrate their busy lives, creating a moment of tranquility.

2. Craft Bottle Cocktail - Fragrant Ume
In collaboration with Far Yeast Brewing from Yamanashi Prefecture, this bottle cocktail marks the first of its kind for bar hotel Hakone Kōzan. It boasts a base of gin, with ume as the key flavor which balances sweetness and acidity. When served on the rocks, it resembles umeshu (plum wine), and when mixed with tonic, it transforms into a plum-flavored gin and tonic.

The event will also feature two specially crafted original cocktails per bartender, with each guest enjoying two complimentary drinks. Additional cocktails will be available for purchase starting from 1,300 yen each.

To enhance the cocktail experience, a selection of Hakone-inspired snacks will also be provided, allowing guests to indulge in the flavors of the region. The meticulously designed environment aims to transport attendees to a nostalgic yet modern vibe, appealing to a wide range of ages.
