PRIMA Appoints New Advisory Board to Propel Global Hospitality Expansion
PRIMA's Strategic Advisory Expansion
In a bold move that marks a significant step in its global growth strategy, PRIMA has unveiled the addition of six influential figures from the hospitality sector to its Advisory Board. This decision was announced on October 13, 2025, as PRIMA looks to enhance its position as a leading marketplace in the hospitality industry.
Among the notable new members are Dean Tsakanis, partner at Noble 33; Michael Ridard from Riviera Dining Group; Bill Spector, founder of Bill Spector Hospitality; Daniel Solomon, managing partner at E11EVEN; Doug Osrow, co-founder and president of Spotlight.Vegas; and Emi Guerra, co-founder of Breakwater Hospitality Group. Each of these members brings a wealth of experience and unique insights to the table, poised to guide PRIMA in optimizing operations and expanding its market presence.
Alex Zhardanovsky, the founder of PRIMA, expressed enthusiasm about this expansion, stating, "Each of these advisors has built or led world-class hospitality brands. They bring decades of experience spanning global hospitality, nightlife, real estate investment, and brand operations, marking a defining moment in PRIMA's expansion."
PRIMA, which started its journey in Miami with a mere 25 venues, has impressively grown to encompass over 90 of the top dining and nightlife destinations in the city. This rapid expansion underscores a clear market demand for more intelligent and transparent solutions in hospitality. The platform seeks to connect top-tier venues, concierges, and guests through a seamless booking experience that maximizes revenue and enhances the overall guest journey.
Dean Tsakanis emphasized the significance of this board in reinforcing PRIMA's mission. "PRIMA is creating an intelligence and profit layer for hospitality. With the right technology and partnerships, we can fill seats, streamline operations, and elevate the guest experience worldwide," he noted. Noble 33's portfolio includes high-end brands like Toca Madera and Casa Madera, which resonate with PRIMA's goal to modernize hospitality.
Michael Ridard reiterated the importance of trust and relationships in hospitality, stating, "With this board, PRIMA gains both, and that's what drives true adoption." His background in successfully launching prominent concepts like Mila and Ava positions him to help PRIMA tailor its tools effectively for restaurateurs and hospitality leaders.
Bill Spector, who has been a cornerstone of Miami's hospitality scene, remarked on PRIMA's trajectory: "The speed of PRIMA's growth in Miami proves that the model works. Our goal is to replicate that success globally." His established reputation and connections within the local market have significantly contributed to PRIMA's achievements thus far.
The board also includes Daniel Solomon, whose strong operational acumen in large-scale venues will be invaluable in addressing the needs of top operators. Doug Osrow brings a financial and strategic lens to the board, essential for PRIMA’s ambitious expansion plans. Finally, Emi Guerra is known for her expertise in curating experiential concepts that reflect Miami's vibrant culture, adding a creative edge to the Advisory Board's strategic direction.
As PRIMA marches forward with its global rollout, the company is actively engaging partners in major cities including London, New York, and beyond, with aspirations to penetrate markets in Paris, Madrid, Dubai, Mexico City, Las Vegas, and Chicago. Aligning with the right experts positions PRIMA to create an inclusive ecosystem that connects premier venues, simplifies guest access, and empowers hospitality professionals to enhance their operational intelligence.
