Kickstart Your Company's Health with the Free Wellness Trial Program!

Propel Your Company's Vitality with the Wellness Trial

The Tokyo Junior Chamber, under the auspices of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, is excited to introduce the Wellness Trial—an initiative that promotes health and well-being within the workplace. This program is not just an opportunity; it’s a pivotal first step towards a healthier work environment, especially designed for businesses unsure of how to begin their health improvement journey.

Backed by leading companies like AXA Life Insurance, Otsuka Pharmaceutical, and Wellmira, the Wellness Trial will offer a wealth of services free of charge to the first thirty companies that sign up. This is a one-of-a-kind chance to engage in activities that could transform your workplace culture!

Project Timeline

The Wellness Trial runs from May to July 2026. Here's what you need to know about this program:

1. Get Informed: Participate in an orientation session on April 15 (in-person) at RESTAURANT1899 OCHANOMIZU or April 21 (online).
2. Take Action: Engage in three months of walking and exercise. This holistic approach not only promotes physical activity but also fosters team spirit.
3. Measure Success: Before and after the trial, a health habit survey provided by AXA Life Insurance will be conducted to analyze the results and provide tailored feedback to each participating company.
4. Connect & Share: Join us for a roundtable discussion on August 26 to share insights and know-how among participating companies.

Benefits of Participation

Participating in the Wellness Trial comes with several advantages, including:
  • - Public Recognition: Meet the criteria to apply for the Sports Yell Company certification, enhancing your company’s reputation in the field.
  • - Improved Hiring Power: Companies that achieve certification can boost their brand image, offering a competitive edge in attracting top talent.
  • - Zero Cost: All services, including app access and analysis, are completely free! This burden-free participation encourages all sizes of businesses to engage without financial concern.
  • - Flexible Participation: Whether your company is large or small, participation is welcome from individual departments or volunteer groups. The notion that “the body is capital and human connections are treasures” resonates strongly in this initiative.

This is a carefully crafted opportunity for your company’s growth.
