Many young professionals (78.5%) feel that they work differently from peers who did not diligently prepare for exams. The most commonly cited differences were in their approach to planning (51.2%) and perseverance (48.8%).

Approximately 60% of respondents dedicate more than five hours a week to learning outside work. Many utilize free resources, with 60.2% relying on platforms like YouTube and podcasts.

Finding Value in Exam Experiences

When asked about the impact of exam preparation, 43.0% strongly agreed that their examination experiences underlie their current salary, with an additional 39.3% somewhat agreeing. Practical reasoning included that developing study plans helped them in their professional life, confirming that these early educational experiences indeed cultivate valuable skills in the workplace.
