Discover the Social Career Festival 2025

On November 8th and 9th, 2025, the Social Career Festival 2025 will take place, aiming to connect individuals with societal endeavors in a new work format known as 'Social Career.' Jointly organized by Star Connect and IMA Inc., this event is one of the largest of its kind in Japan, building on the success of the inaugural festival in 2024, which attracted 50 companies and 500 participants.

This year, we expect participation from around 100 companies, accommodating up to 2,000 professionals. Since its announcement in June, more organizations and speakers have joined the lineup, creating a growing movement centered around social careers.
