Experience a Magical Christmas at Hotel Chinzan-so Tokyo with Concerts and Buffets!

Celebrate Christmas with Music and Exquisite Cuisine at Hotel Chinzan-so Tokyo

Hotel Chinzan-so Tokyo is set to host a spectacular Christmas event titled "Mejiro no Mori Art Festival Christmas Family Concert and Buffet" on December 25, 2025. This event promises an enchanting experience as families come together to enjoy music, food, and art in a magical setting.

The concert will be led by renowned conductor Masashi Tsujita, who has collaborated with various prestigious orchestras. The performance will feature the Orchestra Presenter Tokyo, composed of top soloists and musicians from both domestic and international stages. After the special concert, attendees will be treated to the breathtaking "Forest Aurora and Tokyo Cloud Sea" spectacle in the garden, showcasing a magical view that captures the essence of Christmas.

A Three-Generational Experience

This year's Christmas concert aims to deepen family bonds through the joy of art. This event, part of the "Mejiro no Mori" initiative, has been running since 2022, focusing on arts and families. Similar to last year, the program will be divided into a daytime and evening session, each offering unique themes suitable for all ages.

The daytime session includes an introduction to orchestral instruments, conductor experiences, and opportunities for children to engage with music for the first time. Designed as a learning and experience program, it ensures that young concert-goers have an enjoyable time.

In contrast, the evening performance, themed "Orchestra and Tchaikovsky," will highlight Tchaikovsky's famous "Nutcracker" ballet along with other breathtaking pieces. Both sessions will include beloved Christmas songs such as "Jingle Bells" and "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer", along with Beethoven's "Symphony No. 9," ensuring a delightful lineup for attendees of all ages.

Additionally, all guests will receive an original guidebook filled with insights into musical instruments and the life of Tchaikovsky, adding to one's understanding of the evening.

A Culinary Journey Harmonized with Music

The dining experience will feature an exclusive Christmas buffet, rich with flavors and culinary elegance. Highlights include luxurious dishes such as black wagyu sirloin steak, foie gras parfait, and traditional double consommé with truffle. For younger guests, options such as domestic beef hamburger steak and fluffy omurice made with Ouyama chicken and organic eggs are also available, creating a family-friendly atmosphere.

As an added treat, the menu will feature dishes inspired by Tchaikovsky, including Royal Scottish Salmon and open-faced sandwiches he enjoyed regularly. The dessert selections will showcase sweets featured in "The Nutcracker," merging musical themes with culinary delights. While dining, guests will enjoy live performances ranging from classical music to popular anime and pop pieces.
