Granite State Gaming Partners with Gaming Analytics to Enhance Casino Experiences

Enhancing Casino Experience with Data-Driven Insights...

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality has taken a significant step forward by joining forces with Gaming Analytics, a leader in AI-powered analytics tailored for the gaming and hospitality sectors. This strategic partnership will enhance guest experiences and optimize operational effectiveness at Granite State's premier locations: the Lilac Club Casino in Rochester and the Beach Club Casino in Hampton Beach.

This collaboration showcases Granite State Gaming's commitment to merge the thrills of traditional casino gaming with innovative tech solutions. By utilizing the advanced platform from Gaming Analytics, both casinos will gain crucial real-time insights into player activities, which will enable tailored guest engagement, more efficient promotional strategies, and improved staffing and operational management.

Eric Barbaro, the COO of Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, expressed his enthusiasm: "Our guests deserve the best experience possible—from the moment they walk in to their final hand of the night. By partnering with Gaming Analytics, we're equipping our teams at both Lilac Club and Beach Club with tools to truly understand and anticipate player preferences. This is about delivering smarter service, more engaging rewards, and creating entertainment destinations that feel personalized and unforgettable."

The newly launched Lilac Club Casino, which opened in March 2025, boasts over 200 gaming machines, 12 poker tables, and a variety of live table games including blackjack, roulette, and craps, within its expansive 32,000-square-foot property. Additionally, it features the Lucky Oak Bar + Grill, operated by The Briar Group, known for its culinary excellence and hospitality expertise.

Meanwhile, the Beach Club Casino stands out as a vibrant gaming destination on Hampton Beach, marrying thrilling games with the charm of its coastal location, making it a beloved summer spot for both locals and visitors. The forthcoming integration of Gaming Analytics’ tools promises to deliver the same high-quality personalization and innovative features to Beach Club Casino, ensuring guests can enjoy a tailored gaming experience.

Kiran Brahmandam, founder and CEO of Gaming Analytics, commented on the collaboration, stating, "The Gaming Analytics team is proud to support Lilac and Beach Club Casinos as their AI partner in leading gaming's transformation. By empowering teams with real-time insights, Granite State Gaming & Hospitality is committing to faster — and better-informed decisions — across marketing, player development, and operations."

The implementation of this innovative platform will allow both casinos to:

  • - Deliver real-time, personalized offers for guests.
  • - Enhance the effectiveness of loyalty programs.
  • - Optimize operations on the gaming floor and staffing arrangements.
  • - Support initiatives promoting responsible gaming.

Scheduled to commence this summer, these enhancements will soon be implemenred in the loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and mobile experiences of both casinos. These upgrades aim to further engage guests, boost player satisfaction, and foster sustainable growth for Granite State Gaming & Hospitality.
