The collaboration allows users to continue utilizing their existing systems while enabling them to directly receive invoice data issued through "invoiceAgent" via "BtoB Platform Invoice". This integration effectively eliminates the need for manual handling of physical papers or PDFs, significantly reducing the workload in the invoicing process.

Background of the Collaboration

Recent years have seen an accelerated push for digital transformation (DX) and reforms in work styles, alongside compliance with regulations such as the Electronic Books Preservation Law and the Invoice System. These shifts have led to an increased demand for digital solutions within corporate finance and accounting realms. However, with electronic invoicing services becoming increasingly fragmented, the use of different systems by issuers and recipients has created challenges in achieving streamlined workflows and data integration.

A survey conducted by WingArc in May 2025 revealed that around 80% of respondents identified "inefficiencies due to tool proliferation" as a significant issue. This highlights concerns regarding the operational burden imposed by using multiple services and the associated risk of data leakage.

Beginning with this collaboration, both companies plan to broaden their integration efforts to include additional third-party services, thereby boosting interoperability among electronic invoicing solutions.

Similarly, InfoMart will actively expand direct integrations between "BtoB Platform Invoice" and other electronic invoicing services.
