Third Edition of Nojima Award Ceremony Set for July 2025 Featuring Violinist Hina Maeda

Announcement of the Third Nojima Award Ceremony



Tokyo Music University has established the Nojima Award in 2023 to commemorate the legacy of the late Professor Minoru Nojima, a former president of the university. This prestigious award recognizes exemplary achievements in academic research or performance by current students and graduates of the university who are 35 years old or younger, duly contributing to the honor and reputation of Tokyo Music University.

The first recipient of the Nojima Award in 2023 was Mao Fujita, followed by Nobuyuki Tsujii in 2024. In a significant development, Ishin Maeda has been selected as the third award recipient. This announcement comes as a celebration of her outstanding contribution to the music community.

The award ceremony will take place on July 1, 2025, at 4:00 PM at TCM Hall, located in the Nakameguro and Daikanyama campus of Tokyo Music University. This event promises to be a momentous gathering, honoring the talents and achievements of emerging musicians.
