His prior role at Pfizer, Inc. included significant leadership positions, such as Senior Director of Latin American Operations and Director of U.S./Canadian Regional Facilities Operations. Decker’s impressive career spans nearly three decades, focusing on developing Pfizer's property portfolio and enhancing its operations in 73 locations across 18 countries.

Decker graduated from William Paterson University, earning a degree in Radio and Television/Interpersonal Communications and also holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from Union College of NJ. His diverse educational background, combined with hands-on experience in technology and management, makes him a fitting addition to The WNET Group's leadership team.
